Up to 200 guests seated outdoors
AVAILABILITY:
Daily between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, excluding holidays.
FEES AND DEPOSITS: A $1000 non-refundable deposit and
signed contract is required to reserve your date for the Mendocino Hill
Event Center. The remainder of the rental fee, plus a $500 refundable
security deposit are required 30 days prior to your event. Fees are determined
by the number of guests and services requested. Overtime is charged at
$300 per hour unless prior arrangements have been made. There are no additional
fees for ceremonies on premises.

PRICES FOR 2007: $3000
Saturday/Sunday and $2500 Weekday
INCLUDED: Use of our Event Center and surrounding patio
and gardens for up to eight hours. If an on-site wedding ceremony is planned,
a two-hour rehearsal may be arranged, subject to the Event Center schedule.
